SoulFed

Terms of Use

Last updated July 27, 2026

SoulFed pauses the apps you choose until you have read Scripture and prayed. These terms cover what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Agreement

By downloading or using SoulFed, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use SoulFed on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.

Trial and subscription

Full access begins with a 3-day free trial where eligible, then continues by auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID. Current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple.

If your subscription ends, nothing is held hostage. App pausing simply switches off and your apps open normally. Your prayer history, saved words, streak, and vine stay on your device, and full access resumes if you subscribe again.

What the reflections are — and are not

Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. Scripture — not our software — is the authority.

The reflections and prayers are written and reviewed by people before they ship, as devotional aids. They are not Scripture, and they are not a substitute for Scripture, for the counsel of your pastor and church, or for professional advice, including medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a person who can help you today.

A tool, not a guarantee

App pausing depends on Apple's Screen Time system and the permissions you grant. It can be interrupted by iOS, by changes to your device settings, or by withdrawing permission. SoulFed is built to fail open: when it cannot be certain a pause should apply, it releases your apps rather than trapping them. Grace access is always available. SoulFed is a scaffold for a discipline you choose — it cannot force a habit, and it should never keep you from your phone when life requires it.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer or circumvent the app's protections, and don't use SoulFed in any way that breaks the law.

Ownership

SoulFed, its design, and its written content belong to HTTPS LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law. This excludes Scripture, which is public domain, and your own saved data, which is yours.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

SoulFed is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are welcome at support@soulfed.app.
